1. HONESTY
Start your day by admitting: “I don’t have all the answers today — and that’s OK.”
2. HOPE
Believe that change is possible, even if you can’t see the whole picture yet.
3. SURRENDER
Let go of control for just one thing today: the traffic, the to-do list, the outcome.
4. COURAGE
Write down one fear or resentment. Name it — so it doesn’t own you.
5. TRUTH
Share something real with someone you trust: “I’m struggling.” or “I’m grateful.”
6. WILLINGNESS
Be willing to let go of one old habit, even just for today.
7. HUMILITY
Ask for help. It could be a prayer, a text or admitting you don’t know.
8. LOVE
Think of someone you’ve hurt. Hold them in compassion, even if you can’t reach out yet.
9. REPAIR
If you can, take one small action to put something right — a message, a call, an apology.
10. REFLECTION
At night, take five minutes: Where did I act from love? Where did I act from ego?
11. STILLNESS
Sit in silence, meditate, or pray. Even two minutes counts.
12. SERVICE
Before bed, ask yourself: “Who can I help tomorrow with what I’ve learnt today?”
